This 15-acre site located along North Main Street in the City of Corona is a high density, mixed use development that includes 460 luxury apartments and approximately 70,000 sf of commercial/retail space.
K&A Engineering, Inc. provided the preliminary civil engineering design and support for the development and then provided the final design and construction staking for the rough grading, precise grading, public roadway improvements, onsite and offsite sewer, water, recycled water, and water quality facilities. This high-density project involved continuous coordination and collaboration with the Client, the Consultant Team and the City throughout the design and construction process.
