K&A Engineering, Inc formed in March of 1998. The two principals Keith Osborn and Amir Fallahi are both registered professional engineers in the state of California and together bring over 64 years of professional experience in land planning, land development and public works engineering. K&A’s philosophy on successfully completing project is based on the use of the following key elements

• Experienced management and technical staff for the preparation and review of design documents, including those with “Fast-Track” schedule requirements
• Focus on effective communication on coordination with the client and the project team to ensure that the clients needs are met and that the project moves forward efficiently.
